Shipping Container Customer Pickup Process
When payment is received on a pick-up order, a logistics department representative will call the customer by the next business day. Customer will receive a follow-up email within 5 business days which will include the information needed (address, pickup date and release number) to pick-up their container at the specified depot.
Once this email is sent, the customer will then have 10 business days to pick-up their container(s). A member of our logistics department will follow up with the customer a couple days after the email is sent to confirm email was received and that pick-up was successful. The order will then be put into complete status.
